As of Monday, August 20, 2007, all NEW manuscript submissions should be uploaded to the latest version of Manuscript Central at mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iovs. Authors who have manuscripts currently in review or revision should continue to use the existing site, iovs.manuscriptcentral.com, until the process is complete. All Logon and Password information has been imported to the new site, so users may continue to use their existing logon information when submitting a new manuscript. Intending users may view tutorials at http://mcv3help.manuscriptcentral.com/tutorials/index.htm.
Users who require Technical Assistance should contact the ScholarOne Support Center by clicking on the red 'Get Help Now' button in the top right corner of any mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iovs site page.
